Move to SETS Trading Platform

capAI (LSE: CPAI) is pleased to announce that trading in the Company's ordinary shares of nominal value £0.0001 each ("Ordinary Shares") on the main market for listed securities of London Stock Exchange plc (the "LSE") shall transition from the LSE's SETSqx (Stock Exchange Electronic Trading Service: Quotes and Crosses) trading platform to its SETS (Stock Exchange Trading System) ("SETS") trading platform, effective today.

The move is intended to provide investors with access to the entire SETS trading platform, providing liquidity via traditional order book trades, as well as from two-way quotes from market makers.

There shall be no change to the Ordinary Shares' existing International Securities Identification Number (ISIN) GB00BV2FG348, Stock Exchange Daily Official List (SEDOL) code BV2FG34, Tradable Instrument Display Mnemonic (TIDM) CPAI or Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) 213800IVPZ932NP24O44.
