Edita Food Industries S.A.E ("Edita") announces that its subsidiary Edita Food Industries Morocco (the "Company") obtained a loan of a value of MAD 80,000,000 from Arab Bank- Morocco of a duration of 7 years. The loan shall be used to finance the construction of the factory and to purchase the machinery and equipment forming the production lines.
