Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works (MMK) appoints Pavel Shilyaev as CEO
Pavel Shilyaev was appointed General Director (CEO) of MMK at the EGM held yesterday.
On 17 January the Board of Directors appointed Pavel Shilyaev acting CEO of MMK. He replaced Boris Dubrovsky, who was appointed acting Governor of the Chelyabinsk Region (Southern Urals) by a Russian Presidential Decree dated 15 January 2014.
