MHP S.A. EUROBOND BOND PRICING ANNOUNCEMENT

MHP S.A., one of the leading producers of chicken in Ukraine, has announced that it has priced its USD 500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 7.75% notes due 10 May 2024 (the "Notes"). The Notes are expected to be rated B- by Fitch, and B by S&P.

As previously announced, MHP S.A. intends to use the proceeds of the Notes to finance its tender for up to USD 350,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its USD 750,000,000 8.25% notes due 2020 and for short-term debt refinancing, general corporate purposes and to finance the expansion and diversification of the Issuer's poultry and grain businesses.
