Merger Update
The OFT has today accepted hold separate undertakings given by DCC plc and GB Oils Limited under section 71 of the Enterprise Act 2002. The undertakings are without prejudice to OFT's ongoing investigation into the completed acquisition by GB Oils Limited of Brogan Holdings Limited.
