LISTING AGREEMENT: CLAUSE 36UPDATIONMEDIUM TERM NOTE (MTN) PROGRAMME
In terms of Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement, we advise that Bank has concluded an issue of USD 100 Mio Senior Debt, Fixed Rate Bonds, maturity 23rd October, 2014 at a coupon of 4.50% p.a. payable semiannually under the MTN Programme. The bonds will be issued as of 18th December, 2009.
