Completion of Strategic Investment by Publicis Groupe
Matomy Media Group Ltd., one of the world's leading digital performance-based advertising companies, today announces that further to the announcement made on 13 October 2014, Publicis Groupe has exercised its option to acquire an additional 4,393,517 Ordinary Shares from existing shareholders, representing 4.9% of Matomy's total issued share capital, at a price of 227 pence per share.
Following completion of the transaction, Publicis Groupe will hold a total of 22,326,246 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 24.9% of Matomy's total issued share capital.
As detailed in Matomy's previous announcement, under the lock-up waiver provided by Canaccord Genuity Limited, the selling shareholders have agreed to extend to 31 March 2015 the lock-up period for any remaining Ordinary Shares they hold (except for Matomy's CFO Sagi Niri and the PDMRs detailed below, who in connection with Matomy's IPO, agreed to be locked up until 6 July 2015).
