Mailing of Interim Accounts

Cape announces that a copy of its Interim Accounts for the half year ended 30 June 2012 has been mailed to shareholders who have requested a paper copy together with notifications to shareholders who have elected to receive electronic copies. A copy of the Interim Accounts has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do and can also be viewed on the Company's website at www.capeplc.com.
