Great Western Mining, the AIM (AIM: GWMO) and ESM quoted mineral exploration company is pleased to announce that the United States Forest Service ("USFS") has now issued its final approval and sign off for the Company's Plan of Operations for a Discovery Level drill programme on the Target 4 Copper-Gold prospect ("M4").

Chief Executive, David Fraser commented: "We are really pleased with this result. This is the first permit the USFS has issued in two years, which is a tribute to the hard work of our staff and advisors. The Company looks forward to breaking ground on M4 in the early part of 2016, and further demonstrating the potential value of its asset base in Nevada.
