LSR Group launches two buildings in Civilization

LSR Group starts pre-sales of new buildings in Civilization

LSR Group started pre-sales of apartments in buildings Nos. 6 and 7 of Civilization project located in Nevsky District of St. Petersburg.

Building No. 6 (from 6 to 24 floors) comprises 598 apartments, ranging from 36 to 74 sqm, and commercial premises. Its total area is more than 31,000 sqm. Building No. 7 (from 7 to 22 floors) comprises 419 apartments, ranging from 35 to 88 sqm, and commercial premises. Its total area is nearly 26,000 sqm.

The price per sqm starts at RUB 77,500. The completion is scheduled for 4Q 2019. It is planned to transfer the apartments before June 30th, 2020.

Civilization is one of the largest projects being carried out by LSR Group in St. Petersburg. The project implies construction of housing and commercial premises with the total area of more than 800 thousand sqm along with the supporting social infrastructure, including two schools for 3,300 children, four kindergartens for 720 children, playgrounds and sports ground. Shops and service companies will be located on the ground floors of the residential buildings. There are several large hypermarkets, shopping malls, DIY stores only a few minutes away from the project. Ulitsa Dybenko metro station is within walking distance from the project.
