LSR Group executes put option for its bonds

LSR Group executes put option for its Series-04 bonds

OJSC LSR Group (LSE: LSRG; MOEX: LSRG) completed buy-back of its Series-04 interest-bearing non-convertible bonds with mandatory safekeeping.

The buy-back was executed on April 30, 2015 upon the request of the owner and in accordance with the terms of the offer. The state registration number is 4-04-55234-Е as of 02.11.2011.

The total amount of series 04 bonds acquired was 86,239. The total amount of transaction was RUB 86,240,724.78 including the accrued interest.
