Kent TV Update
Multimedia factual producer Ten Alps Plc has been informed that Kent County Council will not be proceeding with Kent TV, the local online channel, for which Ten Alps provides management and production resources, beyond its two-year pilot phase.
The financial impact on Ten Alps will be negligible.
Ten Alps may consider making an offer to take ownership of the Kent TV website and its content, with the aim of running a commercial operation.
Ten Alps is proactively pursuing all its other online TV projects, including the two announced last week - the Newton TV science project in the North East, and Teachers TV Thailand.
