The Company announces that on 5 March 2008 it allotted and issued 39,782 new Ordinary shares of 1p each under the Dividend Investment Scheme at a price of 99.17p .
Following this allotment the issued share capital of the Company is 36,047,146 Ordinary Shares and 1,264,935 S Ordinary Shares.
