The Company announces that on 4 April 2008 it allotted and issued 4,849,286 new S Ordinary Shares of 1p each at a price of 100.00p.
Following this allotment the issued share capital of the Company is 36,047,146 Ordinary Shares and 10,458,050 S Ordinary Shares.
