Issue of Equity
The Directors of Alexander announce that they have issued and allotted 13,258,335 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company following the exercise of broker warrants held by Cornhill Capital Limited at 0.1p per share.
Total Voting Rights
Following the issue of the new shares there are 934,405,099 ordinary shares in issue with each share carrying the right to one vote. An application has been made for the new shares to commence trading on AIM which is expected to occur on 5 October 2016.
