Issue of Equity
The Company announces that on 1 February 2007 it allotted and issued 478,916 new Ordinary shares of 1p each under the offer for subscription at a price of 118.58p per share.
Following this allotment the issued share capital of the Company is 8,948,253 Ordinary Shares.
