SURGICAL INNOVATIONS GROUP PLC
ISSUE OF EQUITY
Surgical Innovations Group plc ("SI" or the "Company") announces that it has issued and allotted 6,050,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company following the exercise of share options by directors and employees of the Company. The options have been exercised at a range of prices as follows:

An application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM which is expected to occur on 29 September 2010. Following the issue of the new shares there are 379,891,902 ordinary shares of 1p each of SI in issue with each share carrying the right to one vote.
