Issue of equity
LPA announces that, pursuant to the exercise of options, it has issued 10,000 new ordinary shares of 10p each.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 10,000 ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and admission is expected to occur on 6 November 2012.
Following the above issue of equity, the issued share capital of the Company will comprise 11,790,229 ordinary shares of 10p each.
