Immupharma PLC05 January 2007 For immediate release 5 January 2007 ImmuPharma PLC Issue of Equity ImmuPharma Plc ("ImmuPharma" or "the Company") announces that options tosubscribe for 288,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of theCompany have been exercised by former Directors and the new ordinary shares havenow been allotted to them. Following the above allotment the Company now has 72,776,149 ordinary shares of10p each in issue. Application has been made for the admission of 288,000 ordinary shares totrading on AIM. The shares will rank pari passu with existing ordinary sharesand it is expected that admission will occur on 11 January 2007.
