Goals Soccer Centres PLC02 April 2008 Goals Soccer Centres PLC ("Goals" or the "Company") Issue of Equity Goals announces that it has applied for the admission of 8,065 new ordinaryshares of 0.0025p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") totrading on AIM. The new Ordinary Shares have been issued pursuant to theexercise of 8,065 options over Ordinary Shares. Admission of the new OrdinaryShares to trading on AIM is expected to occur on 4 April 2008.
