Savile Group plc (the "Company")

Issue of equity

Following the exercise of an option, the Company has issued and allotted 20,000 ordinary shares.

The 20,000 ordinary shares rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares. Application for the shares to commence trading on AIM has been made to the London Stock Exchange. Trading in these shares is expected to commence on or around 2 July 2008.

Subsequent to the above application, the issued share capital of the Company comprises 14,650,146 ordinary shares, of 3 pence each. Options over 2,841,667 ordinary shares in the Company remain outstanding following the exercise of the above option.
