Issue of Shares

The Company announces that it has issued 10,000 ordinary shares of 25p each pursuant to an exercise of options by a former consultant to the Company. It is expected that these shares will be admitted to AIM on 14 September 2009. Following admission the Company will have 77,732,620 shares in issue.
