Quadnetics Group PLC21 March 2006 Quadnetics Group PLC (the "Company")21 March 2006 Share Allotment At a Board meeting held on 21 March 2006 a further 9,256 New Quadnetics Shareswere allotted to holders of Protec Shares who had validly accepted the offer forProtec, in respect of valid acceptances received up to 1pm on 15 March 2006. Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for these New QuadneticsShares to be admitted to trading as soon as practicable.
