Issue of Shares from Treasury
The Company announces that on 3 September 2019 it issued 60,000 Ordinary shares from treasury at a price of 638.0 pence per Ordinary share and at a premium to the prevailing net asset value.
Following the issuance, there will be 38,457,663 Ordinary shares in issue (excluding the remaining 2,885,000 Ordinary shares held in treasury).
