OMG PLC07 December 2005 OMG plc ("OMG" or "the Company") Exercise of Options OMG was notified that today certain employees of the Company exercised optionsover 16,666 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company under the OMG Plc2003 Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme. The exercise price was 6.5 penceper share.
