The Company announces that on 18 June 2008 it allotted and issued 4,175 new S Ordinary Shares of 1p each at a price of 100.00p.

These shares represent an additional 1% commission waiver relating to a small number of applications under the recent offer for subscription.

Following this allotment the issued share capital of the Company is 36,047,146 Ordinary Shares and 11,806,467 S Ordinary Shares.
