Issue of Shares
Kryso Resources plc (AIM: KYS) announces that 1,237,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company have been issued pursuant to the exercise of 1,237,000 warrants at a price of £0.08 per share. Aggregate funds of £98,960 have been received by the Company.
Application has been made for the shares issued to be admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange ("Admission") and dealings are expected to commence on 1 June 2011. Following Admission there will be 256,684,917 ordinary shares in issue.
