Issue of Equity

Application has been made for the issue of 144,913 Ordinary Shares in the Company as a result of the exercise of options. It is anticipated that these shares will be admitted to trading on AIM on 30 April 2009.

The total number of voting Ordinary Shares in issue following this exercise of options will be 38,989,228.
