PHSC plc05 July 2005 News ReleaseIssue of equity The board of PHSC plc ("PHSC" or "Company") announces the issue of 40,000 newordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company at a price of 62p pershare creating £23,387 after costs towards additional working capital. Theseshares were issued to market-makers on 4 July 2005 in order to maintain anorderly market in the Company's shares. Following the issue of these shares the issued share capital of the Company is 9,825,504. Application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM.
