Issue of Equity

The Company announces that options have been exercised over 12,631 new ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, which is expected to take place on 1 October 2009. 

Following admission, the Company will have 49,815,318 voting Ordinary Shares in issue.
