Issue of Equity

The Company announces that on 1st April 2008 it allotted and issued 1,858,924 new S Ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 100.00p.

Following this allotment the issued share capital of the Company is 36,047,146 Ordinary Shares and 5,608,764 S Ordinary Shares.
