Issue of equity

On 28 January Digital Marketing Group allotted a total of 788,605 shares to a number of Company employees relating to the exercise of performance linked options.

Application has been made for the issue of these Ordinary Shares in the Company. It is anticipated that the shares will be admitted to trading on AIM on 9 February 2010.

The total number of voting Ordinary Shares in issue following this issue of shares of will be 73,117,535.
