Issue of equity
The Company announces that it has issued a total of 378,606 new ordinary shares of 6p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to certain of its creditors who have agreed for the Company to satisfy, in aggregate, £23,618.15 of their outstanding fees by the issue of new Ordinary Shares. The Ordinary Shares were issued for the following amounts:

Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 9 January 2009.
Following the issue of the new Ordinary Shares, the Company has 58,378,365 Ordinary Shares in issue.
