Issue of Equity
The Company has today issued 4,545,454 Ordinary Shares to WH Ireland Limited, following the exercise of certain warrants (the "Warrant Shares").
Application has been made for the Warrant Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. Dealings in the Warrant Shares are expected to commence on 24 December 2010.
Following the issue of the Warrant Shares the total Ordinary Shares in issue is now 1,248,556,376.
