ISSUE OF EQUITY AND TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

The Directors of Triple Point VCT 2011 plc (the "Company") are pleased to announce the allotment of 1,755,825 Venture Shares of 1p each at an average price of 114.596p per share on 8 July 2022 pursuant to the offer for subscription set out in a prospectus issued by the Company on 15 September 2021.

The shares allotted are to be admitted to the Official List. Admission is expected to become effective on or around 22 July 2022.

As a consequence of this allotment the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is now 54,710,713:

9,777,285 A Ordinary Shares

6,758,795 B Ordinary Shares

38,174,633 Venture Shares
