Aricom PLC15 February 2006 Aricom Plc Exercise of Option 15 February 2006 Aricom Plc ("the Company") announces that application has been made for theadmission of 1,979,450 Ordinary Shares to trade on AIM and dealings in theseshares are expected to commence on 20 February 2006. The shares have been issuedto Canaccord Adams Ltd. further to the exercise of an option related to theCompany's fundraising in March 2005. The option expires on 14 March 2006. Following this issue, the total issued share capital of the Company willcomprise 135,348,134 Ordinary Shares.
