Issue of Equity

Nasstar Plc ("Nasstar" or "the Company", AIM: NASA) announces that it has placed 700,000 new OrdinaryShares of 1p each at 25p per share raising GBP175,000 in aggregate. The proceeds will be used for working capital.

The new Ordinary Shares will on their issue rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue and an application has been made for admission of these shares to trading on AIM with admission expected to occur on 18 March 2009.

Following the issue of these Ordinary Shares, which will happen conditionally on Admission, the Company will have 16,916,556 Ordinary Shares in issue.

Following admission of the new Ordinary Shares, Hoodless Brennan plc will have an interest in 600,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.5% of the Company's issued share capital.
