Acquisition

Further to the Company's announcement on 16 June 2008 regarding the acquisition of Comet Petroleum Ltd, the Company has today made application for 721,544 new ordinary shares of 0.1p each to be admitted to AIM. 

Admission of these shares to trading on AIM is expected to occur on 8am on 25 June 2008. 

Following this issue of shares, the Company will have 537,829,422 shares in issue.
