Close Technology & General VCT PLC03 April 2006 Close Technology & General VCT PLC 3rd April 2006 C Share issue The Board of Close Technology & General VCT PLC is pleased to announce theallotment of 479,122 New C shares at 100p per C Share under the Company's powerto allot pursuant to Section 95(1) of the Companies Act 1985. Following theissue of these C Shares, the total number of C Shares in issue will be35,479,122. Applications have been named to the Financial Services Authority for 479,122Shares to be admitted to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange forthe C Shares to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market forlisted securities. It is expected that Admission will become effective, and that dealings in the CShares will commence, at 8.00am on 4th April 2006.
