Issue of Equity

The Company announces that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange plc for the admission to trading on AIM of 156,250 new Ordinary Shares of 5p each fully paid, ranking pari passu with the existing ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") and dealings are expected to commence on or around 18 December 2008. These new Ordinary Shares have been allotted as consideration relating to the purchase of shares from a minority shareholder in Lime Street Recruitment Limited, a subsidiary of the Company.

After the acquisition of the minority shareholding, Empresaria will own 100.00 per cent. of Lime Street Recruitment Limited.

For the purposes of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, following the admission of the shares described above, the total number of ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company will be 34,066,356. 

There are no shares held in treasury and therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 34,066,356. 

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
