Issue of Equity
Avacta Group plc (the "Company") announces that 750,700 ordinary shares of 0.1p each ("Ordinary Shares") have been issued at an average price of 1.93 pence per share pursuant to contractual obligations for services provided to the Company.
Application has been made for 750,700 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 17 July 2009.
The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue following the above issue will be 1,152,502,071.
