ALLOTMENT OF EQUITY SHARES UNDER ESOP - AXIS BANK
We are pleased to inform that the Committee of Whole-time Directors of the Bank has allotted 75,049 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each on 28.03.2014, under the ESOP Scheme of the Bank. The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from 46,92,46,304 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to 46,98,44,553 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each. Further, please note that the Bank had also allotted equity shares under ESOP Scheme of the Bank in month of January, February and March 2014, as under:
