Issue of Equity
The Directors of Fishing Republic announce that they have issued and allotted 237,500 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company following the exercise of options held by Northland Capital Partners Limited at 15p per share.
Following the issue of the new shares there are 27,112,500 shares in issue with each share carrying the right to one vote. An application has been made for the new shares to commence trading on AIM which is expected to occur on 13 May 2016.
