KBC Advanced Technologies plc13 November 2006 13 November 2006 On 7 November 2006 the Company announced the acquisition of Veritech Inc, aleading US energy consultant. The initial consideration was satisfied in part bythe issue of KBC shares worth $500,000 at a price calculated as the averageclosing price of the Company's shares on the 20 dealing days prior tocompletion. Accordingly 791,847 ordinary shares of 2.5p each have been issued and allotted.Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for these shares tobe admitted to AIM and trading is expected to commence on 14 November 2006.
