Sub: Issue of Bonus Shares Dear Sir, This is with reference to our earlier letter of even no dated 13th June, 2008 and is in compliance of the Listing Agreement. This is to inform that the Board of Directors of GAIL (India) Limited in its meeting held today i.e. 23rd June, 2008, have recommended the issuance of one bonus share for two equity shares held, subject to the requisite approval(s).
