Result of Extraordinary General Meeing (the "EGM")

Alpha UK Multi Property Trust Plc announces that further to announcements made on 1 March 2012 (RNS No. 4787Y10) and 8 March 2012 (RNS No. 9994Y16), CHIP (Six) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary company of AUMP, held an EGM on 26 April 2012 at which it was resolved that CHIP (Six) Limited be placed into creditors voluntary liquidation.

In accordance with LR 9.6.14 the Company also announces that Donald Lake, Geoffrey Black and Philip Scales are non executive Directors of both AUMP and CHIP (Six) Limited.
