INTERIM RESULTS FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 30 SEPTEMBER 2023

Net asset value ("NAV") per share: 74.26 pence

Results for the six months ended 30 September 2023
路 Net asset value ("NAV") total return1 per share increased by 3.8%.聽

路 Share price total return1 per share increased by 1.5%.

路 The Company made three new investments totalling 拢1.03 million and two follow-on investments totalling 拢0.41 million.

路 The portfolio value increased by 拢2.72 million due to net unrealised gains.
聽
路 An interim dividend of 6.00 pence per share declared for the year ending 31 March 2024 was paid on 8 November 2023.
