Following the dispatch of the Interim Report and Accounts for the period ended 31 August 2013 (the "Accounts") to shareholders on 8 November 2013 and in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.3, a copy of the Accounts have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.

The Accounts have been distributed to shareholders of the Company and will also be uploaded to the Company's website shortly.
