Livermore announces that on 30 June 2010 it was notified that Everest Fund L.P and Everest Special Situations Fund L.P. ("Everest Funds") holds an interest in 8,770,000, shares in the Company, representing 3.07 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
Everest Funds acquired the additional 200,000 shares on 29 June 2010 at an average price of £0.1605.
