Livermore announces that on 29 June 2009 it was notified that Bristol Investment Group S.A. holds an interest in 19,929,426 shares in the Company, representing 6.83 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
Bristol Investment Group S.A. acquired the additional 3,050,000 shares on the 26 June 2009 at an average price of £0.17.
